Geek Chic Swap
I made all of this stuff for oddacity over on Craftster as part of a Geek Chic Swap.
First, a Gryffindor scarf. All done in half double crochet.
Next, a scarf inspired by a scroll bar. It took me two tries to make it. The first one buckled really badly. This one took a lot longer, but it was worth it.
This is one of my first attempts at jewelry. I took keys off of an old iBook and burned a little hole in each of them with a hot paperclip. The little rainbow beads took a long time, but it was worth it.
Next is my favorite part of the swap. These are little stitch markers, each based on a different spell from RPGs. It was all inspired by the green ring bead on Ultima.
This is a nerdy cross stitch to make her dorm more homey.
And finally the Fairy in a Bottle from Legend of Zelda.
